We specialize in low-impact, high-intensity movement designed to build strength, improve mobility, and support long-term wellness. Our studio offers Reformer Pilates, mat sessions, and personalized movement therapy in an intimate, appointment-only setting made perfect for individuals seeking focused attention and lasting results. At MOV Lab, we believe that movement is medicine. Whether you’re recovering from injury, looking to sculpt and tone, or simply want to reconnect with your body, our sessions are tailored to meet your unique goals.

Bookings

We offer flexible scheduling to fit your lifestyle. Join us Monday through Friday for energizing morning sessions at 8 AM, 9 AM, 10 AM, or 11 AM, or power up your evenings at 4 PM, 5 PM, or 6 PM. Whether you're a beginner or advanced, we’ll help you find the perfect time and class to move with us.
